Ingredients
1 lb. Diestel Ground Turkey*
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup basil, minced
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
2 oz. Asiago cheese grated (about 1/2 cup)
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg white, lightly beaten
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, except turkey, until well-blended. Mix in turkey and blend well. Form four patties. Barbecue or grill on both sides until no pink remains in the center. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
