These Turkey Meatball Gyros are great for dinner and then pack up some leftovers for lunch to-go the next day!

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Dash Pepper
- 2 Cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 6 pieces Pita
- 1/2 cup Tzatziki
- For Garnish Cucumber, tomato & red onion
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, garlic & oregano.
- Using an ice cream scoop, form meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 16 - 18 minutes.
- Assemble your gyros. Take a pita and add tzatziki. Top with two meatballs, cucumber, tomato and red onion.
