Ingredients

Turkey Meatloaf (Ground Turkey, Meatloaf Glaze [Tomato Paste, Water, Brown Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Spices], Feta Crumbles [Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes] Spinach, 2% Milk [Reduced Fat Milk, Vitamin A Palmitate and Vitamin D3 Added], Whole Egg, Onion, Bread Crumb [Wheat Flour, Raw Sugar, Soybean Oil, Salt, Yeast, Canola Oil], Sea Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Black Pepper, Red Pepper)

Simmering Water (Preferred "Sous-Vide" Method) | From Frozen or Thawed

1. Fill large pot with water and bring to a boil. Carefully place unopened pouch into water.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes from frozen (20 minutes if thawed).
3. Carefully remove the Meatloaf from water and let rest (unopened) for 3 minutes.
4. Remove meatloaf from pouch and serve.

Conventional Oven | From Frozen or Thawed

1. Preheat oven to 350oF.
2. Carefully remove meatloaf and sauce from all packaging and place in oven-safe pan.
3. If cooking from frozen, cover with aluminum foil, place on the middle rack in the oven and heat for 45 minutes until hot. Remove foil, basted with sauce and cook an additional 10 minutes. (If cooking from thawed, simply heat meatloaf uncovered for 25-30 minutes).
4. Remove meatloaf from the oven, cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest 3 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy!

Microwave | From Thawed

1. Ensure product is completely thawed before reheating.
2. Place unopened meatloaf pouch onto a microwave safe dish and pierce several holes in the bag.
3. Place in microwave and heat for 14 minutes.
4. Carefully remove dish from microwave and let rest for 3 minutes (Caution: Contents are extremely hot, handle carefully).
5. Cut pouch open, serve.

First time for turkey meatloaf. The portion was on the small side, I’m used to making bigger loaf size. It had a good flavor.
